Our Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (12 monthly) includes the following benefits:

  • Quarterly Breakdown Maintenance Visits
  • Flexible Pre-Scheduled Appointment for Maintenance Visit.
  • No extra labour charges
  • Unlimited Remote Support through Calls, Video Conferencing for immediate support to resolve the problems immediately. This helps the customer with minimum breakdown and maximum productivity.
  • Access to our stock of spare parts with reduced lead time.
  • Record keeping of every visit

On-Call Maintenance Contract (OMC)

Our On-Call Maintenance Contract (Single Visit) includes the following benefits:

  • Call as and when required.
  • Includes Preventive or Breakdown Maintenance Visit.
  • Access to our stock of spare parts with reduced lead time.
  • Record keeping of every visit.
